SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Method & Rates We ship our products using Australia Post. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
Standard Rates:
Heavy or Bulky Items: Please note that shipping costs may be higher than the standard rates listed above for larger orders, heavy items, or deliveries to remote areas. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
2. Processing Time We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Estimates Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Vicki’s Precious Petals is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post (e.g., due to weather, high volumes, or COVID-19 disruptions).
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1. Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” purchases. Please select your items carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to help. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
